Do I need to pay a set-up fee to use Workleap software?

No, there isn’t a set-up fee for Workleap software. You can sign up for free and start using our software right away! If you love our tools and decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you will only pay for your monthly or annual subscription.

Do you provide customer support?

Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.

What are Workleap’s data security standards?

Your data security is our top priority. Our comprehensive Security Program relies on a wide variety of technical and organizational measures, such as encryption, vulnerability management and access controls, to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. Which languages do you support?

We provide our support to all users in English and French.

Our platform language is available in French and English only.

Are there any add-ons available for the Workleap Tools.

Yes, there are a few add-ons available for the basic Workleap products, the first being Workleap AI+, an enhanced version of the free Workleap AI included in all our products. But if you are looking for something more specific related to Learning Management Systems, Interactive Org charts, employee directories or employee onboarding, you can either book a demo with our Sales team, or find more information here.
