Kim is a seasoned People leader with 15+ years of experience in VC-backed tech companies. She has held key roles at Oyster, Stride Health, Disqus, Pixar, and Google. Kim co-founded OrgOrg and TendLab, leveraging her theatre background to foster creative, inclusive work environments.
Currently, she's the co-founder and CCO of PeakHR and runs Patchwork Portfolio, a consulting practice. Kim serves on boards, advises HR Tech companies, writes about care and culture, and resides in Berkeley with her family.

Founder and Principal Consultant, Code Traveller HR
Kim is obsessed with building People Ops functions, and delighted by thoughtful employee experiences. “Change is the only constant” perfectly describes her career; no matter the industry, she creates order from chaos, bringing a relationship-oriented approach to balancing business and people needs.
After spending a decade in VC funded start ups, she launched her own fractional business Code Traveller HR in 2023
