Dr. Tracy Brower is a PhD sociologist studying happiness, work-life fulfillment, and the future of work. She is the author of The Secrets to Happiness at Work and Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work. She is the vice president of workplace insights at Steelcase and a senior contributor to Forbes and Fast Company.

Dr. Eden-Reneé Hayes (Dr. E) is a DEI strategist, educator, speaker, and executive coach. As CEO of Pluralism Solutions, she helps companies address DEI challenges. With over 15 years of experience in cultural competency and inclusion, Dr. E is an expert in bias and intersecting identities.

Dr. E mentors youth and serves on boards promoting diversity. She holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Tulane University, followed by an NSF Postdoctoral Fellowship. Previously, she was a tenured professor at Bard College and held leadership roles at Williams College.
