A 360-degree review is a performance evaluation method in which employees receive feedback from multiple sources to give a well-rounded view of performance. In Workleap Performance, you can set review cycles so that employees receive feedback from peers and a manager and provide a self-assessment.
In a traditional performance review process, employee performance is evaluated by their direct manager once or twice a year. Workleap Performance fosters self and peer performance evaluations in addition to manager reviews. Additionally, you can easily host multiple review cycles a year to support regular feedback.
Yes. The Review Cycle Details page allows users with certain permissions the ability to monitor a list of participant progress related to a specific Review Cycle. You can also track the percentage of reviews that have been submitted across a cycle.
