Priya Parker is a facilitator, strategic advisor, acclaimed author of The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why it Matters, and executive producer and host of the New York Times podcast, Together Apart. Trained in the field of conflict resolution, Parker has spent 20 years guiding leaders and groups through complicated conversations about community, identity, and vision at moments of transition. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and two children.

Kahina Ouerdane is Chief People Officer at Workleap, where she has spent over eight years helping organizations build diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams. A lawyer by training, she began her career in international law, leading initiatives across multiple continents in four languages before turning her focus to people and organizations.

Passionate about collective intelligence and the power of teams, Kahina has held leadership roles at the Canadian Red Cross, Lawyers Without Borders, and PwC.
