Barley Subprocessors

To support delivery of our Services, Barley may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, role, and location of each Subprocessor. Barley uses Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services (e.g. cloud hosting), monitor the application, customer management and support, and sending email notifications. Prior to engaging any Subprocessor, Barley reviews their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Affiliates of Barley may act as subprocessors to the extent that these affiliates process customer personal information when providing technical and billing support to customers. Barley may transfer data to Workleap Technologies inc. (Canada), Workleap Platform inc. (Canada) and Workleap USA Inc. (USA) under an intragroup data processing agreement.

Barley may also use the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data, provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of our Services, and to perform other Service functions:
